Sobraito is a technology platform that facilitates contact between consumers and businesses offering surplus food products. Sobraito does not act as a seller or supplier of said products.
1. Purpose
Sobraito is a technology platform that facilitates contact between consumers and businesses offering surplus food products. Sobraito does not act as a seller or supplier of said products.
2. Types of Users
The platform has two types of users: consumers, who purchase products, and businesses, who offer them through the application.
3. Product Responsibility
Businesses are solely and exclusively responsible for the products offered, including their quality, condition, handling, sanitary conditions, information provided, and delivery to the consumer. Sobraito assumes no responsibility for the products or for any damages that may arise from their consumption.
4. Payments
Payments are made through the Wompi payment gateway. Funds are initially received by Sobraito and subsequently distributed to the corresponding businesses, with Sobraito acting solely as a payment intermediary.
5. Refunds
No refunds are made through the platform. Any claims related to products must be handled directly between the consumer and the corresponding business.
6. Account Suspension and Cancellation
Sobraito reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
7. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account from the application at any time, which will result in loss of access to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sobraito shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, economic losses, or health problems arising from the use of the platform or from the consumption of products offered by businesses.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
