Sobraito is an application operated by a natural person registered with the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) of the Republic of Colombia, acting as a technological intermediary between consumers and businesses offering surplus food products.

2. Personal Data Collected
Sobraito may collect and process the following personal data: email address and, coming soon, phone number. Additionally, it may collect basic technical information related to the use of the application, such as activity logs and device data.
3. Financial Data
Sobraito does not collect or store sensitive financial information. All payments are processed securely by the Wompi payment gateway, under its own privacy and security policies.
4. Purpose of Processing
Personal data will be used exclusively for account creation and management, order and payment management, communication between users, handling support requests, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Role of Sobraito
Sobraito acts solely and exclusively as a technological intermediary. It does not sell, produce, handle, store, or distribute food products. Businesses are solely responsible for the quality, safety, condition, preparation, and delivery of products offered through the platform.
6. Data Subject Rights
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, data subjects may access, rectify, update, or request the deletion of their personal information, as well as revoke the authorization granted, by writing to support@sobraito.com.
7. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account directly from the application. Once deletion is requested, personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except for data that must be retained due to legal obligations.
8. Information Security
Sobraito implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including secure connections and access controls.
9. Minors
The application allows registration of users of any age. Use by minors is carried out under the responsibility and supervision of their legal representatives.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
